Cybersecurity: A Shared Responsibility

In today’s digital landscape, cybersecurity is a critical priority. At FMD, we maintain 24/7/365 vigilance and conduct comprehensive annual assessments of our cybersecurity health. These efforts ensure the safety of mission-critical operations and sensitive data. We expect our Suppliers to adopt similar practices, safeguarding the integrity of the supply chain and protecting against cyber threats.

Supplier Ethics Compliance Program Requirements

To meet contractual obligations and maintain compliance with federal regulations, Suppliers must implement and uphold an effective Ethics Compliance Program. Key requirements may include, as applicable:

Contractor Code of Business Ethics and Conduct Policy (FAR 52.203-13): Suppliers must establish and maintain a written code of business ethics and conduct.
Display of Hotline Posters (FAR 52.203-14): Suppliers are required to display hotline posters in prominent locations to ensure employees are aware of reporting mechanisms.
Whistleblower Protection (FAR 52.203-15, FAR 52.203-17): Suppliers must protect employees who report misconduct from retaliation.
Human Trafficking Compliance (FAR 52.222-50): Suppliers must comply with regulations prohibiting human trafficking and forced labor.
